Online Souvenirs Warehouse is a private tool used only by Online Souvenirs LLC. It connects to Online Souvenirs LLC's own QuickBooks Online company and to no one else's.

What it reads

The customers, invoices, products and services, and payments in our own QuickBooks Online books.

What it does with them

It keeps our sales records up to date and prepares invoices for our own orders. Every invoice is checked and sent by a person at Online Souvenirs LLC.

Where it is kept

On Online Souvenirs LLC's own computer. The keys that connect to QuickBooks are kept in that computer's protected credential store.

Sharing

We do not sell or share this information with anyone.

Disconnecting

The connection can be removed at any time in QuickBooks Online, under Apps.
